Our Story

Inspired by years of intimate jam sessions in San Francisco’s storied clubs and backed by a voting membership in The Recording Academy’s San Francisco Chapter since 2003, Jazz Metropolis was born from a desire to uplift emerging musicians and reimagine the live-music experience online. As we rebuild our live music performance website, we continue to honor the tradition of spontaneous collaboration while leveraging digital tools to connect fans with the heart of the music.

Our Founder

At the helm is professional singer Sable Winters, whose love of music has driven her to seek out and support unsung voices from every corner of the country. With decades of performance experience and industry involvement, she knows firsthand how the right stage—or website—can transform a career and inspire an audience.
